The quote tool

The questionnaire collects gender, birth date, self-assessed wellness status, nicotine use, intended coverage value and contract period. These answers transmit to a quoting backend run by the carriers' system, which returns rates, but this website stores nothing. Application lacks request for identity, location data, phone or message. Matching repeated requests may reference a temporary cache to spare the quoting backend additional calls.

Applying

Should you proceed to apply, your responses go to the carriers' secure system to load your application form, where their privacy statement takes effect. Susman Insurance Agency is a California-licensed carrier representative (License 0B75129) managing all applications.

The contact form

The form asks for your full name, message address, telephone (optional), preferred contact approach, a subject type and the text of your inquiry. It delivers to the agency's mail system; the business replies using your email. This website keeps nothing: no copy retained, no database of inquiries, no log of message details. Basic anti-fraud screening runs locally in your web browser prior to transmitting.

Measurement

This site counts visitors using first-party, cookieless methods served from this same domain. Zero cookies or local trackers are created; the last two octets of your IP are redacted when recorded; query strings from visitor referrers are stripped; raw visitor activity is purged within 90 days. Users sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control directives are exempted from measurement.

What we do not do

Never. This site doesn't use third-party sales, data trading, advertising networks or external analytics. Third-party code appears exclusively on the application page and activates only upon visiting there.
